Funding alert

Mitty Software, a Pune-based SaaS company, will get an undisclosed amount of funding of up to $50,000 (roughly Rs 4.12 lakh) from income-based investor Raker Club. The investment will be leveraged by Miti Software to expand its cash flow marketing efforts and enhance its product offering.

With the newly raised funds, the Pune-based startup aims to improve its product offerings and boost its cash flow marketing initiatives. Mitty, founded by Tarun Malaviya, is dedicated to securing SaaS tools, ensuring visibility and enhancing the efficiency of business-critical data. While the company is still operating as a budding firm, it intends to seek funding from venture capital firms in the near future.

“Financing costs to raise capital through Ricker Club have been adjusted – offset by the savings we’ve made by paying our costs up front with Ricker Club financing,” said Mitty Software Founder and CEO Malaviya.

In January, HR-focused technology startup InCruiter received Rs 1 crore in revenue-based funding in a round led by Riker’s Club. In addition, Wrecker Club established a $15 million capital pool to provide temporary funding to startups affected by the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank in March.
