Lane WadeJackson Walker congratulates Fort Worth partner Len Wade on his election as chair of the Tarrant County Bar Association’s Business Litigation Section. Previously, Lane served a three-year term on the Judicial Review Committee and was program director for the Commercial Litigation Division.

Founded in 1904 to improve the practice of city and county courts, the Taran County Bar Association (TCBA) offers more than 40 programs and committees that serve the needs of attorneys in Taran County.

TCBA’s Commercial Litigation Section is one of 18 major law sections that offer free or low-cost CLE through luncheons or seminars. As the division’s program director, Lane helps provide a forum for attorneys to discuss state and federal business issues, foster relationships between attorneys and the local judiciary, ensure CLE opportunities, promote ethics and integrity in commercial litigation, and improve the justice system. Lane focuses his practice on complex litigation, mediation and arbitration. Prior to Jackson Walker, Lane served as a judge for the 141st District Court of the State of Texas. He is also an accomplished mediator for over 20 years. He trained at the Attorney-Mediator Institute in Dallas and is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Association of Attorney-Mediators and the Independent Trade Panel.
