[Updated 1:55 pm] July 11. By Dave Yokum. A prominent business leader on Lake Norman is in a state of calm after being shot by Troman on Sunday morning.

Background
McMahon, 58, started his business in Newport 20 years ago. It is considered the first fully-fledged commercial real estate company in the Norman Lake region.
In 19901, he continued to collaborate with Spear Van Ness Commercial Real Estate consultants in an office building east of West Katowuba.
He had previously been active in the Norman Lake section and had attempted to cancel payment lines on I-77.
Friends McMahons moved from Mooresville to Tromman about two years ago.
Update 1:55 PM
Three individuals have been arrested, including Marxis Allan Kirpatrick and Andy Tyler from Charlotte and Keshari Channel-Weekly Johnson from Las Vegas, Nevada. Detectives transported the three to the Ireleld County Sheriff’s Office for questioning.
Criminal investigators have assembled the boat on the pier, collecting shell shells and other evidence, reports Erdale Sheriff. They also found images of a business security camera near the scene of the crime.
“Investigators noticed differences in the statements when the three men were questioned in the sheriff’s office, and they gathered information about the actions that took place before the three came to the pillar and were shot,” said Erdale’s sheriff’s office.
Based on the available information, video footage, and other evidence, investigators were able to issue a number of criminal and criminal arrest warrants against the suspects.
