Lock Haven – A high-end store will soon be a new addition to the downtown Lock Haven boutique scene.
Karamia Relive Fashion recently owns and operates local state insurance insurance agent Kara Montarcy, which offers secondary women’s clothing, shoes and handbags. Montarsi wants to offer retail options to the community.
“Second hand will be a women’s clothing store – it’s higher than other savings stores.” There is a mountain. “We want to offer the public another retail option.
With a high-end grocery store, Montarcy wants people to get the quality clothing they need at a stable price. With the current price hike for retail standards, Karamia offers quality at an affordable price.
“We want to be able to provide life-saving clothing to the public without having to pay for retail because everyone is trying to save as much as possible.” Mountain said.

The 1,000-square-foot store is located on Penny Lane Mini Mall on East Main Street. The venue will have access to the back door of Willard’s Alley at The Old Corner for easy parking.
“I’m looking forward to it because it’s in the city center and a new coffee shop is coming through the hall (Brew Heven).” Mountain said.
Karamia plans to open in the third week of July. Montarsi says she will host a special VIP event with her friends and invited family and anyone who is part of their Facebook page.
The grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony will take place following a VIP event with Clinton County Economic Partnership and Downtown Loven Ink.
Montarsi has been actively interviewing potential prospective shopkeepers “Two to three good candidates”
The store is open from 3 a.m. to Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“If I can expand, I’ll do that.” She said. “I want to pay a higher salary than usual – obviously with the time we have.”
With the Clinton County Housing Coalition and the Road to Peace, Montarcy wants to be able to provide additional employment benefits through the community.
“All of this is new to me. I never thought I would open a retail space a million years later. She said. “Hopefully, this will be fun after all the work is done. The place is coming – it’s a lot of work right now.
