John Bergeron has joined Teledyne’s FLIR defense business in a VP role.

John Bergeron, a 15-year veteran of Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX ), has joined Teledyne Technologies’ (NYSE: TDY ) FLIR Defense subsidiary as vice president of global intelligence services.

He oversees the management and development of a business that provides image sensor support military and public security sectorsTeledyne FLIR said Monday.

Bergeron previously led product support at Raytheon in the role of VP, and his industry experience spanned his work on technology. Applications such as sensors, wireless communication and robotic systems.

Earlier in his career, He was a six sigma black belt expert Quality and Integration at General Electric’s (NYSE: GE) Water and Process Technologies Division.
