JetBlue is 23 years old and celebrating with huge savings, every day this week.
The airline shared a one-day fare sale starting Monday with one-way tickets starting at just $49. Travel + entertainment. To take advantage, travelers must register on Mondays for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from March 1 to April 26.
Tickets are non-refundable, but include government taxes and fees.
Travelers can fly from New York to Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale to New Orleans, or Savannah to New York, all for just $49 one way.
The sale is valid on most of the JetBlue network, including some Caribbean routes, but not on flights to London. The airline, which started flying to London in August 2021, plans to start flying to Paris from this summer.
Beyond Monday’s savings, JetBlue is releasing a new deal each day this week as part of its birthday celebrations.
Travelers checking in Blue, Blue Basic or Blue Premium must pay $35 for a checked bag and $45 for a second. Customers booking a Blue Basic fare are not allowed to bring a bag, which the company recently revamped for this year, unless they are members of JetBlue’s popular Mosaic loyalty program.
The new loyalty program changes, expected to take effect in the spring, will use a “tile” system to measure a customer’s progress toward the Mosaic level and allow customers to choose a reward for every 10 tiles earned on the company’s “benefits.” Choose” These benefits include everything from expedited security line access to in-flight alcohol, a one-time 2X points bonus with JetBlue Vacations packages, and more.
Most JetBlue flights include the company’s signature amenities like unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi and live TV channels.
Last week, JetBlue expanded its booking service to all travelers, allowing customers to use the booking platform Paisly and earn TrueBlue points when booking cars, accommodations and activities, whether or not they have booked a JetBlue flight.
