Jerry Seinfeld is known for many things, but being a style icon was not among them. Unless, of course, you count “The Puffy Shirt” from the “Seinfeld” episode of the same name—a garment so iconic that it now resides permanently in the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.
So, New York streetwear brand Keith surprised many by choosing the 68-year-old as the face of its new collection.
On Tuesday, the label unveiled a series of campaign images that instantly lit up the Internet. Shot by famed photographer Mark Selinger, the images show Seinfeld looking over antique furniture, leaning against dusty books and sitting at a desk with a typewriter.
The comedian was spotted wearing — somewhat modestly, it must be said — a variety of kitschy new hats, sweatpants, varsity jackets and floral prints. Taken from the Fall 2022 collection, rich in neutral tones and paisley fabrics, the Seinfeld-styled items are part of a capsule created alongside apparel brand Russell Athletic and the City University of New York (namely Brooklyn College and Queens College, the latter). And soon the conversation was not only about looking good, but also about the fact that the sexagenarian comedian looked…hot.

“There are a handful of people I’ve wanted to work with since I was a kid,” Fieg wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the couple. “At the top of that list was Jerry.”
