JD Sports Fashion has appointed BGL Group Ltd chief financial officer Dominic Platt as its revenue CFO, currently expected to join later this year.

JD Sports Fashion has appointed BGL Group Ltd chief financial officer Dominic Platt as its revenue CFO, currently expected to join later this year.
The sports-and-fashion retailer said Mr Platt would take over from current CFO Neil Greenhalgh, who will leave the business after the publication of its fiscal 2023 report this summer and an orderly transition of responsibilities.
Mr Platt previously held senior finance roles at Darti, and Cable & Wireless, both in the UK and internationally.
“[Mr. Platt] He brings strong international and public company knowledge and extensive experience in consumer-focused businesses,” said CEO Regis Schultz.
