“It’s not that much of a travel story, my old neon always had the experience of breaking up before the fourth weekend of July.

” I think in 2004, I only gave birth to my neon for a year and I was still green when I repaired my own car. That weekend I had to go to Cincinnati on Mount Adams to visit my friend, get drunk and see my friend’s sweet condo fireworks.

“The rear brakes were noisy and vibrated, so they had to be changed before the 2.5 hour drive. I bought a drum brake kit but could not find it with any additional hardware (because I was young and poor). So, while trying to get rid of drum shoes, I came across a source. None of the spare parts in the area were seized, and no one allowed me to drive or take my car there, so I had to cancel my trip and wait until classes arrived after the holiday weekend. Great cruelty.

“A year later, at the end of May, I was driving home and I heard a strange touch. Then the car suddenly crashed and died. It was a time belt that I lost because of the stress. I turned eight valves and started trying to fix it myself. To turn around, I bought a beating Dodge Dynasty for $ 150. Adjusting things went slowly, and I decided to disassemble the engine, so why not fix everything?

“Before the fourth week, my neon was still in disarray, and in the dynasty it was disrupted (actually broken in half and caught on fire), so I had no wheels and I made a plan. So I pulled the car over to a multi-room garage, but because I had written everything down carefully, they took it back in a day. I found it on time to visit our city on July 4 Festival with a new and improved neon, a lot of horsepower and a 2-wheeled two-wheeler.

“Oh, to be young and dumb again.”

We like your wishes here, but this July 4th tradition seems like a nightmare. You may not want to repeat it in a hurry.
