That’s what this listing in Cleveland, MO offers. Located about a half-hour south of the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park, KS, the ranch landed on the market for $889,900.

Cleveland is a city of 661 residents on the Missouri-Kansas border.

“If you buy this, you own the wheel, but you have an investment from the people there,” Newman says. And even though it feels “crowded” to live in an airport, it’s actually quite peaceful.

“It’s really quiet. You don’t see each other,” says Newman. “It’s a hobby and land for a man, and a sweet way to come and go as he pleases.”

The seller has made many improvements to the property.

“He cleaned it up. He had a lot of water issues,” says Newman. “He’s a landscaper by trade.”

The only work required for the next owner is to raise the seller’s hanger. But now it is livable.

“There’s so much you can build and do,” says Newman.
