Each week in Final Fantasy XIV’s Gold Saucer, players can participate in a fashion report. This optional objective is an easy way to collect some MGP (Currency in Gold Saucer) and show off some fashionable items in the game. Any player who completes this can unlock it at level 15. The new challenge will appear after the server reset on Tuesday, but you can not present a fashion until Friday. This gives players plenty of time to figure out what gear and paint colors are needed for the current Final Fantasy XIV fashion report.
If it’s your first time taking the challenge, you must rank 100 to unlock the “Fashion Leader” title. Other than that, achieving a rank of 80 gives the maximum weekly reward of 60,000 MGP. If you need to know more, see above.
Final Fantasy XIV fashion report 272 week solution
Every Friday, players in Final Fantasy XIV can have their fashion reports judged by Mask Rose at Wonder Square East (X: 7.2, Y: 7.4). Jump down from where you spawn, and Mask Rose will be nearby.
You can actively equip or equip the piece of gear you need for the solution. I prefer to equip the gear units so as not to mess up my current charm settings too much.
Masked Rose will give players a hint of the answer after the servers restart on Tuesday, and they can come back and judge on Friday. This means players only have a few days to return to FFXIV and claim their rewards. There are always special pieces of gear that need to be equipped or colors that need to be painted.
It’s important to make sure every gear slot is full, except when it’s out of hand. Out-of-hand slots can be blank. Otherwise, you won’t get your full points. Even the non-themed areas in your gear should be complete for the Final Fantasy XIV fashion report.
80-point required places
- Helmet: Storm/Flame/Snake Sergeant’s Cage (Purchased by Grand Company Seals)
- Chest: Any – dyed currant purple
- Boots Any – painted cork brown
100-point required places
- Helmet: Green beret – painted wine red
- Chest: Strive Vest – Dyed Currant Purple (60 Day Subscription Reward)
- Legs: Any leg piece that can be dyed – dyed royal blue
- Boots Any dyed shoes/boots – dyed cork brown
- Wrist: XXXX Platinum Bangles (Any Version)
If you meet these requirements, you can quickly complete the fashion report in Final Fantasy XIV and leave the presentation 60,000 MGP richer. Unless it’s your first time, you just need an 80-point finish every week. If so, do the 100-point, and get the title that comes with it.
This changes every week, allowing players to come back each time and unlock more MGP for their character mounts, Triple Triad cards and more. It’s worth spending a little time doing this every week.
