Dixon named the cafe as Fresco on First – Shaw Local.

DIXON – The Gingo Tree Cafe in Dixon is now Fresco On First. The cafe announced the official rebrand on its Facebook page on July 18.

Ginkgo Tree Café The owners strive to provide their customers with delicious, healthy food made with high quality ingredients. The cafe’s new branding continues that vision with a new image.

“The concept has always been about offering fresh and healthy food options. At first we tried to go vegetarian, but there wasn’t a market for it. So, after about three months, we moved to Midway Street. We still have vegetarian options, but like omelettes. , we have dishes like steak and burgers that are non-vegetarian but still include fresh vegetables and ingredients.

The menu hasn’t changed, and Basilio promises that past customers can still order their favorite dishes along with the cafe’s popular selection of teas, coffees and fresh fruit smoothies. The interior of the cafe has been redesigned and includes spacious seating.
