Names Dustin Hollas As a major, business development and Alyssa Fox As the senior vice president of marketing, the operating executive team
Houston, April 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Capstreet, A Houston– Established lower middle market private equity firm, announced additions Dustin Hollas As a major, business development, and Alyssa Fox As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Operating Executive Group.
Mr. Hollas, who will be responsible for finding new investment opportunities for Capstraat, joins from Clovis Point Capital. HoustonBased on a growth equity firm that directs the sourcing activities of the firm’s deals. With more than 19 years in the financial services industry, he has built business development programs, created strategic acquisition processes, and led all phases of negotiations with due diligence from original research into specific industry positions. Mr. Hollas previously managed it. Houston Comerica Bank’s Technology and Life Sciences Group specializes in providing credit, treasury and investment solutions to early-, mid- and late-stage companies in the market. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics Texas A&M University.
In this new role, Ms. Fox will be responsible for working with the investment team and portfolio companies on brand and go-to-market strategies. Prior to joining CapStreet, Ms. Fox was Vice President of Channel Marketing at AlertLogic, where she was responsible for driving the channel pipeline, building creative collaborative marketing campaigns with partners and managing the company’s partner program. Previous roles include senior leadership positions in marketing and content development at several private and public software companies, including Greylog Inc., Micro Focus and NetIQ. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History. Texas A&M University.
