The panel will cover the many benefits of generating leads from a legitimate blog to cross-references, creating downloadable assets, building leads, strong testimonials to market content, SEO benefits, and more.

When I started my business, I was very low on cash. I wanted to publicize my business, so I started blogging. Blogs provide valuable information and are a great opportunity to provide content that attracts customers and produces great search engine results.

Here’s how you can start blogging:

Think about what questions you have to answer

To attract a customer, write a blog centered around their interests. If you’re not sure which keywords to target, do some research. There are resources that can show you what keywords are trending or frequently used. Once you identify these keywords, you can create content that includes those phrases.

I used a search tool called Keywords Everywhere to find common search terms about estate planning on Google or YouTube. Don’t assume what questions a customer wants answered. Instead, look at the data the Internet provides with frequent search terms.

For example, I compared the search results for “Texas estate planning” to “Texas wills.” In this article, the keywords “Texas estate planning” have 170 searches per month and the keywords “Texas Wills” have 1,000 searches per month; This means that more people (nearly ten times more) searched for the latter word than the former. Start a spreadsheet of common terms related to your business area and start thinking about how to include answers to common legal questions on the Internet.

Be consistent

When you have the list in hand, take the time to write the blog post. I keep mine to a minimum of 500 to 1500 words, but this number fluctuates continuously with thought leadership in long-form versus short-form blogs. The most important thing is to be consistent when writing your blog, so stick to a weekly, monthly or monthly schedule.

If you’ve ever struggled with blogging, you know what a time-consuming blog it is. Sometimes there is not enough time in the day to write and manage a law firm. Trust me on this: take this important task out and get the help of a skilled blog writer! When someone else writes your blog, you can focus on other things like growing your brand and law firm.

Optimize for SEO

Finally, I recommend you update your blog. Search engines like Google crawl your website’s content through search engine crawling. Then the search engine will index your web pages and classify and rank them accordingly. Make sure your blog provides valuable information using the strategic keywords mentioned above to help potential customers search for your services.

I hired an “SEO guy” to handle everything to improve my law firm’s ranking and visibility on search engines. He helped me improve my page load speed, developed my backlinks, and gave me analytics on how my blog was performing.

It’s important to remember that blogging results don’t happen overnight. It takes time for your SEO rich content to be indexed by search engines. However, with the help of SEO, businesses can get more website traffic and more qualified leads by investing in their SEO development.
