If we look at the past year and a half, Democrats cannot govern efficiently or responsibly. Unscrupulous advice and reckless policy have left American families and small businesses at a disadvantage.
Americans are focused on issues that affect them on a daily basis, but the priorities of this administration are backward, and the agencies regularly show this.
The Federal Agency for Small Business Administration (SBA), the federal agency responsible for supporting and promoting the needs and goals of American small businesses and entrepreneurs, is no different.
Small business pain to the point of decline
Forced to play a major role in the country’s economic recovery from CVD-19, the SBA has been responsible for managing more than $ 1 trillion in the CVD-19 fund for the past two years. With the Payment Check Protection Program (PPP) or the Economic Disability Credit Program (EIDL), the SBA effectively managed to drop the ball.
Earlier this month, the SBA’s Inspector General’s Office highlighted a report highlighting the concerns raised by Republicans for months. Fraud. Lack of management. Lack of infrastructure to effectively control and monitor criminal behavior in the CVD-19 grant. “The biggest fraud in a generation” has been an unspeakable and incurable crime for this administration.
On June 3, 2022, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) SBA sent a letter to SABA Administrator Isabella Guzman highlighting 15 priority recommendations out of 44 clear recommendations that have not yet been implemented.
Republicans have announced a small business administration amendment law to combat the organization’s ‘fraud, good governance’.
This last letter follows a letter from the GAO in June 2021 highlighting more than a dozen recommendations to improve the agency, of which only three have been implemented. Up-to-date tips include 12 great items with three new tips.
President Biden’s SBA has proven itself to be one thing. SBA has successfully managed the country’s small businesses and the agency’s leadership by carrying out its core mission of helping and assisting more than themselves. Today, they do not have the bandwidth or knowledge to live up to SBA America needs.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution to meet the diverse needs of our unique small business communities. The SBA is the only federal agency that manages and supports the nation’s small businesses. Yet, Biden’s SBA is rife with fraud, delays and a lack of good governance.
The agency continues to expand its federal-controlled government loan options to boost bureaucracy. The Covenant-19 epidemic has shown us how successful private sector lenders are in setting up these capital programs. Now is not the time to close our community banks to the faceless Washington bureaucracy. This top-down approach only increases the chances of fraud in these critical programs.
BIONTECH, PFIZER are about to start testing the universal vaccine for cholera.
So, I, along with my colleagues at the House Small Business Committee, introduced an amendment to the SBA Act. This law will make the SBA a long-term amendment and will implement growth support policies to increase private sector lending and prevent taxpayers’ waste.
The purpose of improving SBA law is to increase SBA control and transparency – which has been extremely important over the past two years. With fraud and mismanagement at all levels, proper management, investigation, and transparency are needed to hold the SBA and Biden administration accountable to U.S. taxpayers and the U.S. Highway.
