A new business in St. Paul’s Rondo neighborhood had a grand opening Saturday.
Local entrepreneur Laetitia Bradley opened TB’s Custom Boutique, a boutique specializing in custom-designed shoes.
Bradley used to be a nail tech, but said she couldn’t continue that job after learning that the acrylics used in nail salons were harming her health.
“I saw a friend of mine fixing some rigs, and I was like, ‘Wow! That’s what I can do with my nail technology offering,’ she said.
After Bradley came up with the idea, she started her career online. A few years later, she is now opening her first brick and mortar store.
