A fight broke out in Los Angeles’ fashion district

A video circulating on social media shows a violent brawl in Los Angeles’ fashion district last weekend.

The nearly 90-second clip of Sunday’s mayhem shows several men swinging at each other in Santee Alley. It happened in the 1100 block of Santee Street between E. 11th and E. 12th streets.

A trash can was thrown by someone, and several onlookers filmed the fight.

Downtown Los Angeles shooting leaves 4 injured; Many suspects on the loose

Carissa Nakor, the witness who took the video, told FOX 11 that she and about 12 other people were walking down Santee Alley when a man came out of the store and “threateningly” asked them to move.

Nakor said the man advanced towards her and her boyfriend, Gary, and began calling her boyfriend racial slurs.

Mask orders have been put in place to be returned in Los Angeles.

Security was called, but according to Nakor, they did nothing. That’s when the man allegedly pushed her boyfriend and tried to steal the crowbar.

Nakor said security used pepper spray and the fight was eventually stopped.

She filed a police report.

The Los Angeles Police Department responded to the area and confirmed the store owner filed a report and continues to investigate the incident.
