It may look like a simple scarf, but tech giant CCC has developed “The Connected Scarf” to track the mood of fans wearing it during the game.
According to a Reuters report, the scarf “records various physiological measures, including heart rate, body temperature and emotional responses.”
“In our work with City over the past few years, we’ve continually looked for ways to connect fans to the sport they love on another level.” said Ashley Marusak, Cisco Global Sports Marketing Manager.
“The Connected Scarf is an exciting project to work on as we seek to understand and measure the emotions of football fans and how the game affects fans not only emotionally but also physically.”
