It is still one of the most difficult to break in the fashion industry, with competition and overcrowding making it difficult for new designers to infiltrate. Still, NYFW Spring 2022.
What new fashion designer could be at the next or next NYFW?
However, these 10 new NCC and LA-based fashion designers have made an impressive and well-deserved introduction, gradually rising to prominence with unique stories, inspirations and styles.
Sparklebabygem
Sparklebabygem was created by Alice Seju Kim, a Korean-American, young fashion designer in New York City (NYC).
Inspired by her cultural identity, Kim describes her dream-like future as a dream. Kim examines her experience as a Korean-American woman and her relationship with sex and gender.
In addition, the problems and realities of Korean-American multi-generational interaction through her dress. Kim uses color, glitter, print design and fabric to identify the unique experiences of the Korean-American Diaspora.
Maisie Wilen
The first fashion collection Maisie Wilen was started by designer Maisie Schloss in early spring 2020, and now she wears pieces like George Smith, Kendall Jenner and Alexa Demi.

Zoo
ZHUO is a sustainable clothing and accessories fashion brand based in NYC. The founder of the brand is Poolin Liu, a young Chinese, NY-based fashion designer. Through her pieces, she hopes to fulfill her hopes of improving the future.
Creates unique avant-garde women’s clothing with holographic materials, natural colors and organic shapes, and adjusts traditional designs and materials using only environmentally friendly production methods.
ZHUO is a Chinese character that means the opposite of Polish, refined and thoughtful, fast fashion.
Mama’s house
Mama House is an LA-based brand, co-designed and owned by a mother and daughter duo, Rebekah Henry and Akuwa Shabaka. We first saw them at NYFW earlier this year at a glance.
The clothing brand was born in 2015 and aims to represent the black industry in historical research, analysis and history.
Mama House creates a promising outfit for inspiring discussion and commentary on black history and heritage.
I’m sorry
She is more than a new fashion designer, Sabrina and Agrier. Sabrina is a native of New York, Argentina, who went to New York to pursue a career in fashion and coined the name AGUIRRRRE.
Inspired by the iconic and colorful carnival in the Argentine province, her first collection consisted of a magenta and neon orange gallery as well as colorful roses.
Aguirre paid tribute to her homeland by expressing her admiration and admiration for Argentina. She had to move to another location when the cholera epidemic broke out, but she later returned to New York City, where the brand was established.
St. Cintra

A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design ’17, Goldenburg’s first and only line (now) is called Pink Champagne, which has been similarly published by celebrities and magazines.
Her Patel color palette and Victorian-inspired paintings with pafer sleeves and skirts have attracted the attention of Amandala Steinberg modeling for Fenty Beauty, Lady Gaga and others in the industry.
KHIRY
Born and raised in Chicago, Jamil Mohammed founded KHIRY in 2016, in response to allegations that luxury brands could only be born in fashion cities such as Milan and Paris.
To promote and speak out on black culture and life, the industry founded KHIRY to challenge luxury policies by focusing on isotonic design, fine crafts, textiles and fascinating narratives.
Muhammad spoke of the need to change the perception of society and industry in terms of luxury fashion, and to do so by expanding his afro-tourist-inspired jewelry to include clothing that represents the brand’s promise.
To jump on the bandwagon of many new fashion designers. Jamie combines Dimi’s jewelry with simple pink denim and pearl accents, a graphic T-shirt and tank top.
