Presto closes fund fund II, € 30 M

Presto VenturesVenture Capital Enterprise, based in Prague, Czech Republic, has invested II 30 million in B2B startups in Central and Eastern Europe (CEC).

The money is fully funded by private investors, including family offices and a number of successful entrepreneurs and retired founders, to accelerate business relationships and provide additional capital for the next round.

With this fund, Presto will invest in up to forty B2B technology startups in the CEE region.

Presto has already invested in startups such as Cloudtalk, IP Fabric, Yieldigo, Sharry and Wolf3D.

With Přemysl Rubeš, Founder and Managing Partner, former Accountant, CTU Prague and ENSTA ParisTech Faculty of Nuclear Sciences, the company announced the appointment of three new partners. they are:

  • Roman Novake, owner of CFA Charter and former US private equity firm GTE analyst. Novake, recently named by Forbes 30 under 30 for 2022, is also one of the few partners in the CEE VC company, and oversees Presto’s financial planning and analysis.
  • Business Intelligence Startup Stories.bi founded and sold Vojta Roček to Workday and
  • Eduard Kučera, who built and managed the cybersecurity giant Avast Business Intelligence Department.

These new enhancements will increase the credentials of various areas such as blockchain, data, cyber security, enterprise software and SAAS.
