PPE highlights fashion show diversity, fitness and safety

Held on May 23 at the AIHce EXP at the Phoenix Convention Center, the event showcased offerings in a variety of categories.

When we arrived at the exhibition hall at AIHce EXP last week, the event had a lot to offer and that included the PPE Fashion Show.

From May 22 to 24, the expo provided attendees with more than 175 companies to take in exhibits at the annual AIHA event held at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Ariz.

But in addition to the products, there were many attractions, such as the annual Monday night networking reception, the Pathway Passport Challenge and 30-minute presentations at the Innovation Station.

And perhaps the standout attraction on the show floor was a fashion show highlighting a variety of men’s and women’s personal protective equipment.

The show, which took place on May 23, focused on protective equipment that accommodates workforce diversity, ensures proper fit and provides maximum safety. Product categories include respiratory protection, PPE accessories, protective clothing, respiratory protection, accessories/wearable technology and protective clothing.

The event was introduced by Diana Peroni, Associate Director of EHS&S at BioMarin and AIHA Women in IH Committee Chair, and Taylor Duhe, Senior Marketing Communications Lead for North America and Global Controlled Environments for DuPont Personal Protection.
