ALEXANDRIA, VA – The West End Business Association (WEBA) hosted two networking events in April to connect local businesses and community members. On April 13, margaritas and tacos were enjoyed by all at Taqueria Picoso at 1472 N. Beauregard Street. WEBA greatly appreciates Vice Mayor Amy Jackson and Councilman Canek Aguirre taking the time to join the celebration. For the morning crowd, WEBA hosted a network breakfast at 20Th The Beeliner Diner is located at 3648 King Street in the Bradley Shopping Center. Modeled by Beliner’s legendary Mama Cakes, guests shared their elevator pitches with the audience. At both events, WEBA members signed thank you cards for teachers at John Adams Elementary School to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Day.
