Accentuating her figure, the form-fitting dress fell into a little mermaid look as the train hit the floor.
Opting for a bold look with a soft palette of makeup, she continued to rock the ‘bare brows’ trend.
Noah added peach lipstick and swirled false lashes to keep her palette simple as her dress did the talking.
Her long raven tresses were left to fall in a natural style as they were placed elegantly in a center parting.
Keeping accessories out of the question, tattoos of Miley Cyrus’ younger sister can be seen on both arms.

The brand creates pieces in its own hybrid latex, claiming to offer something forbidden from the ‘classic wardrobe’.
And Noah appeared at the fashion show as she traveled between France and Italy in style.
She arrived in Paris last week and appeared at the Off-White and Veinsanto shows after a stint in Milan for the city’s fashion week.
She joined the stars in Italy’s fashion capital and attended shows by designers such as Fendi.
The singer took some time out to jump into nearby Lake Como, sharing a post on Instagram to document her trip.
Noah is the younger sister of popular pop icon Miley, who appeared in several episodes of her sister’s hit Disney Channel show Hannah Montana when she was younger.
Their father, Billy Ray Cyrus, is also a famous musician and played Millie’s father in Hannah Montana.
Alongside her sister’s success, the Make Me Cry singer has carved out a career for herself in the music industry.
She was recently nominated for a Grammy Award for Best New Artist, her first Grammy nomination.
