Saint Laurent brings hot LA sushi spot to Paris Fashion Week – WWD

Park in Paris To celebrate Paris Fashion Week, Saint Laurent will host Los Angeles-based restaurant Sushi Park in an exclusive residency at the Rive Droit store from September 28 to October 7.

The brand says it will mark the first time chef Peter Park and his team have brought the Sushi Park experience to another destination. In the year The restaurant, which opened in 2006, is renowned for its selection of chefs and has become “one of the city’s most popular culinary destinations,” the French fashion house said in a statement.

Park and his team are traveling to Paris at the invitation of Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello. From September 28 to October 7, the store will host two evening services at 7 pm and 9:30 pm, where guests will enjoy a park menu featuring high-quality seasonal fresh fish.

“I have always been grateful to Anthony for being a regular, so when he offered me the opportunity to collaborate with YSL, I said yes. I wanted to create a unique experience and invited an old friend and ceramist Daeyoung Kim to create a new line of ceramics just for this collaboration. I really hope it will be a fun and memorable experience for everyone,” Park said.

The Rive Droite boutique, which formerly housed the concept store Colette, is billed as a “creative and cultural destination” that regularly hosts exhibitions and events. It previously hosted a Sant Ambroeus food truck, but diners lucky enough to get a Sushi Park reservation will be seated in the downstairs nightclub.
