Ginger day

The third annual Gingerbread Day is August 20.

It’s a holiday created locally to celebrate the birthdays of a few gingers, including your favorite mischievous reporter.

It’s a fun, quirky event where we celebrate those soulless redheads by spending the day with our community and highlighting the local businesses that support our shenanigans.

This year’s event includes some fun cocktails and free climbing at the Hi-Line Climbing Center to coincide with International Climbing Day.

Check out the Gingerbread Day Facebook page for a full list of participating businesses and specials.
