Nashville Travel + Entertainment List of ’15 Best Cities in the United States’

Travel + Entertainment magazine released its list of the best cities in the US for 2022. To create this list, Travel + Leisure asked readers to “rate travel experiences around the world…. Readers rate cities on their sights and looks, culture, cuisine, friendliness, markets and overall value,” says the T+L site.

Taking the top spot (and appearing on the list for the past 10 years) is Charleston, South Carolina. Nashville made the list, ranking 15th.

According to T+L, “Music City’s consciousness may be rooted in country music—it’s home to the Grand Ole Opry and countless bars on Broadway—but as T+L readers can attest, its energy has come a long way, especially in recent years. The city’s restaurants, from casual Tex-Mex to vegan-friendly Middle Eastern, have never been better or more refined. One reader called it “the gem of the south.”
