While this Lenovo Legion 5 is capable across all those areas, it’s much more a dedicated gaming device — keeping the price more reasonable. For under £ 900, you get an impressive AMD Ryzen 7 chip, entry to mid-tier Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card and a decent 512 GB SSD.
Discounts on Apple products are rare, especially when buying direct. Luckily, reductions can be found elsewhere. Just about £ 15 off on the largest and most powerful iPad you can buy isn’t going to blow anyone away but it’s cheaper than many retailers nonetheless. The main upgrades for this latest model are the addition of a Liquid Retina XDR (Mini LED) display and Apple’s speedy yet efficient M1 chip.
This Asus Chromebook does not come with a ton of power or storage but ChromeOS is far from demanding and web-based tasking is the norm on this operating system. If you want a cheap device for browsing the web, writing essays, and watching TV shows — a 360 hinge makes this comfortable too — then Asus does make some of the best options at this price.

It isn’t exactly a new model, with the earbuds themselves staying the same but you can now slap them to a MagSafe charger to give them a boost when needed.
The PS5 is great and all, but its storage is, undoubtedly, not great. With only 825 gigabytes, more room for games is sorely needed. Thankfully, Sony added support for extra SSD storage recently, so you just need to pick one up. Like most SSDs, these can be pricey — especially at the speeds required for the PS5 — so any discount is welcome.
